Group Coaching

Group coaching brings a powerful collective dimension to leadership and professional development. When people come together around shared contexts, the insight, energy and constructive challenge open up fresh thinking, deepen reflection and amplify the impact of coaching.

My role is to guide the process, nurture connection and create the conditions for thoughtful, purposeful dialogue. I draw on a range of coaching approaches to help the group stay focused, reflective and moving forward.

“What a journey!

Coaching sessions with Samantha gave me the safe place and opportunity to explore my strengths and weaknesses as a leader, the dynamic of leading a team, understanding colleagues behaviour and attitudes and how to use this knowledge to help with my interactions with them.”
