Group Coaching
Group coaching brings a powerful collective dimension to leadership and professional development. When people come together around shared contexts, the insight, energy and constructive challenge open up fresh thinking, deepen reflection and amplify the impact of coaching.
My role is to guide the process, nurture connection and create the conditions for thoughtful, purposeful dialogue. I draw on a range of coaching approaches to help the group stay focused, reflective and moving forward.
