I bring over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the education and charity sectors, alongside many years coaching, mentoring, facilitating and training individuals and groups. Experiencing the impact of coaching in my own career led me to establish SSB Coaching and to focus on supporting leaders who want to think clearly, grow with confidence and navigate meaningful change.

Trust, respect and confidentiality are central to how I work. I create the space for leaders to reflect openly, gain fresh perspective and move forward with clarity and purpose.
